Post subject: forgot password to open my winrar file please help!
I used winrar to compress my work files with a winrar password. Burned them on a disc and wiped them from my computer. Now I need those files and I can't find my password. Does anyone know what I must do to extract them from winrar. Either get my password back or extract the files please help!

one of WinRAR's best features is the bullet-proof password protection. If your password is longer then 5 digits, then you can pretty much forget it. There are some tools that can "crack" very short passwords.
