Post subject: using two corrupted archives to create a repaired one

I downloaded a rar file and got it corrupted. I downloaded it again, and got it corrupted again.
I'm convinced that the original file is not corrupted.
So I have two corrupt archives in my computer. Isn't there a tool to create a repaired archive using the two corrupt ones? I mean, if my two archives are corrupted in different ways, can I somehow merge my two corrupted archives to create a repaired one?
