Hi,

I was referring to the print queue, the printer normally just does whatever
jobs are sent to it.

My guess is it's a printer problem, most printers will reprint a page
if it has jammed in the printer. You might well find the printer had a
jam, a user cleared the jam and recovered the label then the printer
reprinted it.
