I used to use AME deadlinks to find outdated bookmarks in my windows
favorites, I am looking for a way
to validate dead links in Google bookmarks, any ideas?

Ask Google.
Some Addon toolbars like SiteAdvisor can inject site advisories into Google
sites which may include bookmarks.
