Hi
Could anyone tell me what is the easiest way of migrating user accounts from
a Windows NT server to a Windows 2003 server (separate domains, no
relationship between the two domains).

If there is no relationship between the two domains, and you do not need to
transfer over any of the security settings, then dump the users list and
import it into the w2k3 domain (customize a .csv file).
However, if you want to keep the same passwords, user groups and server
access, then you need to establish a trust relationship between the domains.
This can be a one way trust. The NT domain can trust the W2K3 domain and you
will be able to put the accounts, groups, and passwords across.
