Post subject: unable to load certain webpages Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>inetexplorer>ie6>browser (more info?)
I am having problems loading pages eg hotmail and sign in for this forum.
I think the problem is to do with flash. Had explorer 7 and thought the
problem was this but have uninstalled this and am now using explorer 6.
Flash player is installed and other webpages load.
Using windows xp.Have tried lots of options but these pages and others with
flash will not load even though eplorer tries to load.

thanks for your help.Tried all ideas but nothing worked. Installed IE8 and
now everything loads fine.

Do you have any problems with those pages/sites with IE8 Beta 1 running in
Emulate-IE7 mode?
Are you running WinXP SP2 or WinXP SP3?
