sliding of prints

Hi everybody,

My problem is when I printing the document doesn't appear on the center of
the page but on the edge. Sometimes even occur that the left edge of the
documents printed on the right side of the paper.
The problem occurs with different programs, but not every time.
We have checked the printer, but the maintainer said that it works properly.
Has anybody some idea about this case?
