Post subject: How can you tell if a server is DHCP or Static/Fixed remotely? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>protocol>tcpip (more info?)
I have a list of several hundred servers. How can I easily tell if they
are using DHCP or have a static IP address.
(DHCP admin shows some servers as having active leases (They used to
use DHCP) when they have fixed IPs?)

perhaps you can run a msh reporting script to grab dhcp enabled/disabled
in NIC property.
