how to repair windows Date/Time settings?

You can manually edit the time entries by just double clicking on the clock
on the task-bar usually located at the bottom of the screen. If your time
continues to be off it could be due to a dead CMOS battery as philo mentioned
or due to conflicts from another time setting program on your machine or even
due to malware on your machine. Gary S. Terhune also has a program for
updating the time clock for Windows 98 Second Edition with the new daylight
savings time.

Start - run - command /k time

or

Start - run - command /k date

or, if in DOS just

time

or

date

....or use the little digital clock thingy that might be visible
down there in the right corner.

I corrected date/time manually in Date and Time Properties, I just want
synchronise time automatically with windows time server.

Try posting with more information about what you want and
what you already have - people can make wrong guesses
all day long with such little information to go on.

But there never was any Windows Time Server in existance so how is
that gonna happen?

What most people do is use some app that synchs your computer's time
with a genuine time server.
