Post subject: problems playing mpeg 1 (vcd) codec downloads Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsme>multimedia (more info?)
upto a couple of days ago everything was fine but now all the videos i have
with the above codec will not play they start as if they r about to play
showing the length of the show but thats it i can drag the play button but
get no picture or sound until iget to about the last 5 - 10 secs then i get
to hear the sound but no picture please help!!!!
