i am embarrassed to say i don't remember the old password which is why i
changed it. i have a msn narrowband unlimited access account. But it all
worked until i changed the freaking password. as of right now i have done
everything you guys have suggested and i do appreciate your time. again, this
happened once before after a hard drive crash. i ended up getting walked thru
a couple of registry edits to get it working. i have been trying for several
days to get ms live support to help but i am still getting shuffled around.

How did you manage to logon to the account services to make the first password change without knowing the password(required for
logon prior to a password change).
Do you realize that you have support available via chat, email, and phone for a narrowband account ?
