I am having trouble and have been told to go to the tools menu, hit the
options, and then go to the network tab. Where in the world is the network
tab? and by options does every one mean Internet options? Please help. I
know that there must be an answer. THanks.

Windows Media Player, 7 or 9, Tools | Options and you should find amongst
the various tabs one labelled Network. This information was included in
my earlier message.

Follow up:
What follows is from Zach's WMP MiniFAQ
(http://www.nwlink.com/~zachd/pss/pss.html) (Zach is a member of the team
that wrote WMP):
Q: Why can I not access the "Network" tab in the player's Tools:Options
menu?
A: On Win9x based systems, this can be caused by either the "Program
Files" or the user name containing non-ASCII characters. In this
condition, streaming would be completely broken.
