Post subject: network printer problem
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>print (more info?)

trying to get an NT 4.0 Server to print to a network printer that has no NT
drivers,
MS help page outlined setting up a local port, using the printer name, and
loading an alternate driver...

works perfectly on a standard NT 4.0 workstation but the NT server fails to
print and pops up the message the system does not support the command, do you
wish to start the print troubleshooter.
