I have a network printer I want to set up on my home network. I would
like to use a network installation rather than the parrallel port, can
this be done or do I need a print sever?

As long as the device has a network card or a network "print server device"
that can hook a parallel or USB printer to the net. Use Standard TCP/IP
port if you have Win2k or XP. LPR Port or whatever connectivity software
comes with the print server device on NT4.

I have a minolta magicolor 2200 with an internal network card I set the
IP address in the printer to 192.168.1.151. When I added a printer port
to my desk top computer I used the IP of the printer, but what do I do
next I can't get the printer on the network?
