I have a 3-in-1 multi-pass printer installed on a ME computer, which is
networked and acts as server. How do I install the printer on my XP computer?

First ensure that file and printer sharing is enabled on the PC with the
printer and that the printer is shared. Note the name of the PC and the
printer.

Then, on the PC running XP, Start | Settings | Printers & Faxes | Add
Printer to start the add printer wizard. Click Next and then on the next
page check the radio button "A network printer ..." and then click Next.
Now either browse for the printer or check the radio button "Connect to
this printer ..." and enter the name of the printer and the PC to which it
is connected (no spaces) and follow the prompts. Depending on the printer
involved you may be asked to insert a CD with the drivers required or
point to a folder containing the drivers.
