printing problem

not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes:

I have a user that uses MS Access to print checks on a locally connected HP
Laser Jet 4050. The other day he printed a Word document on a network
printer (Phaser).

When he now tries to print checks on the HP, it prints one page to the
Phaser and the 2nd page to the HP.

I have removed and reinstalled the HP and deleted the Phaser completely and
it's still printing to the Phaser.

What's wrong???

Any help is greatly appreciated.
