I think you should log in as administrator in the safe mode to check if the
problem happend.If it not happend,the try the following method:
run compmgmt.msc,use System Tools\Local User and Groups\Users,and double
click the administrator,click "Profile".
See if there is a script when the user log in.
Also,you should find if there is some strange in the
registry)HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

may be temp directory is not set or does not have access
for the temp directory
