Post subject: fat32 data recovery . Help required. Archived from groups: microsoft>public>win98>fat32 (more info?)
I am trying to write a file recovery program. In a FAT32 partition (5
GB size) when a file is deleted using
"Shift+Del" key, the program is supposed to recover the entire file..
Only API calls are to be used (not driver). Please if someone can
explain the process and the API's.

You're in the wrong group. This one doesn't deal with programming. Try
the microsoft.public.vc.* hierarchy:
