Post subject: Two entry's almost identical
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>registry (more info?)

While looking in the Registry on NT 4.0 Workstation I came across two
keys almost identical. They are in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

system\current control set\control\session manager
and
system\current control set\control\sessionmanager

Note that the second one has no space in session manager. The first
one with the space in the name appears to be the correct one. The
second one has two sub keys under it labeled checkbadapps. I don't
know what this one is for. Any idea's?
