doubt about MPI

hi all,
i have a problem , iam running PLHOST query by bsub command, and by
cgi itself, and in cgi i want to either i can select 2 orgnisims or all
organisims by depending our choice,here bsub submits the job to queue
by using uniqe job id, then i want to print the time after job
submitted to the queue until it compiled succesfully,plz help me that
how to find that time ,if we cav provide bacct job id .but where can i
give, i want that time in web page.
