Post subject: How to disable "Require server verification (https:)" via GPO
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>inetexplorer>ie6>setup (more info?)

Hello,

Is there a way to disable the "Require server verification (https:) for all
sites in this zone" checkbox through a GPO?

- I have tried it by modifying the user security settings under the trusted
zone in Internet Explorer Maintenance in a GPO but this setting does not work.
Also, there does not seem to be an option in administrative templates
forthis trusted zone setting, any ideas?
I know it has to be something simple that I am missing but can't seem to
find it.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
