Post subject: digital rights mangement component
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsme>multimedia (more info?)

I am trying to download some music for my daughter to put
on her mp3 player. According to the site where we
downloaded the music, I need to play the songs to obtain
the lisence to put them on the player. When I try to play
them on the media player I get an error message "there is
a problem with the digital right management component".
Does anyone know what this is about and how to fix it. I
would hate to think I now have these useless files sitting
around cluttering my computer. Please email if you can
help. Thanks.

Lora.
