Define "waste mail". What folder is it in?

If you want to delete a large group of messages, click on one message header
to highlight it. Scroll down to the end of the group of messages and click
on the last message header *while you are holding down the Shift key*. This
will highlight them all and you can Right Click | Delete.

If you want to delete sporadic messages, hold down the Ctrl key and click on
each message header. When all are highlighted, Right Click | Delete.

Right click Deleted Items in the Folder List, choose Empty Deleted items,
and everything in it will be deleted.
