Post subject: creat custom form but its not available for the printer Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>print (more info?)
I follwed instuctions from ms website on how to create custom fomrs in
windows NT and windows 2000.
I needed to print a 3x5 label to an epson printer from my windows NT 4
workstation.
the problem is, after I save the custom form, I see it if I go to control
panel, printers, server properties, BUT
I do not see it when I select the printer, its not available under the list
of forms.
any ideas?

the GPD for the printer must also support the form size. GPD can be found
in \winnt\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\2
