Post subject: Using two RAS connections simultaneously
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>protocol>ras (more info?)

Hi,

I have two modems connected to my computer and thay both works fine as long
as I use them one at a time. The webserver that is installed on my computer
can be used from other computers over the internet as long as I only have one
connection active.

My problem is that as soon as a establish a connection using the second
modem, the first one can no longer be used. The two connections do get
different IP addresses and everything look ok but It just doesn't work.

Is there any limitation in XP that makes it impossible to have more than one
PPP connection active at the same time?

Best regards
