Post subject: citrix twain redirection for scanning with USB scanners

The Citrix twain redirection in PS4.0 SUCKS. We pulled our hair out for days because 1) only *sort of* worked with a few scanners. 2) Required 2 $400 calls to citrix, and required changes to registry files, and still crashed. 3) Hogged bandwidth. Do what we ended up doing: just use remotescan (http://www.remote-scan.com), as Citrix clearly has dropped the ball on this one, as they did with printing too.
