How to change registry permissions

I'm having a problem changing registry permissions on
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Graphics Filters. I need to be
able to change the everyone group to full access. I have tried using
Regini, both remotely and localy, with the code of
\registry\machine\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SharedTools\GraphicsFilters\ [2 7
12 17] but I can't seem to get it to work. Could someone please help?
