Sorry,
I'm new at this. I thought it woul come up right under the previous
question. Anyway.IE stops responding when I try to view pdf files with adobe
reader 6.0. I
had downloaded 7.0 recently and that is when it started. Upon viewing
adobe's forums ,it seems everyone is having the same problem and no one
knows what to do. I decided to do a system restore to go back the the older
version, but IE still stops resonding. Can anyone help me?

Please supply details. I have no idea what you mean by the previous
person.

Please post to a more relevant newsgroup.

This group is for posts concerning IEAK.
IEAK is the IE Administration Kit.
Internet Explorer Administration Kit Home Page:

Please try the IE7 group if the "7.0" you mention is IE7.
This is not an IEAK question.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=...rosoft.
