We have had several people complain that they are no longer able to print a
Word document in the Landscape format for the past week. This is evidently
related to the recent patches that were released by Microsoft. That is the
only thing that we can think of.
The only way to print a document in Landscape format is to go into the page
setup and set it there. If you simply try to print a document and select
landscape from within the print options it comes out portrait.
I never really thought much about it either way but our secrataries here are
going nuts so it is not just a single user thing.

So we know that Word is working OK.

So it sounds like the problem is with the printer driver. I'd suggest
downloading the latest printer driver for your version of Windows from the
manufacturer's web site to see if that makes a difference.

This happens on various types of printers (HP, Dell, etc.) so I don't think
that it is a driver issue. That was one of our first thoughts but this
across this many types and models of printers seems unlikley.
Thanks for your input.
