We recently purchased a used Dell computer. When we first started it, not
all the drivers were installed. I installed all the drivers but one and every
time we start the computer, Windows detects an unknown hardware device. We
cannot find what this device is. Any suggestions?

Hi.
Can you see it in Device Manager? That may provide a clue as to what type
of device it is.

I forgot to mention in my earlier post, that inside Device Manager you
should click "view devices by connection" radio button. That may provide
further clues.
