If you are using XP/SP2, the latest version is:
6.00.2900.2180. That will remain the same in OE>Help>About
Address Book. However, in the same location, if you scroll
down to msoe.dll, you will see 6.00.2900.2527 if all updates
have been downloaded.

[Crosspost to OE General]

Mikhail, please stick to your own thread in OE General newsgroup:
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general...owse_fr

Tip: If you'd reply to your original thread using OE, I could tell you if
OE6-in-Win2K is fully patched.

Brilliant; crossposting so you can show off your condescending, bitchy
attitude to even more people. No one cares what you could do if... and
might do if ... and so on. Why don't you just send yourself emails in
stead of crossposting everything you come across?
