Post subject: Securing Printers from Web Jet Admin
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>print (more info?)

We have had problems in the past with people outside the network using
our printers with web jet admin or telnet. Is their a way to secure
printers from these applications. The passwords on the printers seem
to be easily changed through the use of these applications. Any
suggestions would be appriciated.

Thx,

Eric
