How can I change where the Favorites are stored?
I have Vista and IE7.
According to regedit they are in Z:/Favorites..... I dont think that is
correct because I lose any now ones everytime I restart my PC.
I have/need them on the Z: Drive due to I keep my C: Drive frozen so no
changes are kept on a restart.

Why post to an IE6 setup group?
Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

After I posted this one I found some others that were rudely told to use the
other group, which also is not labeled IE 7.

Not sure what you are trying to say but the IE7 group is where I
suggested you post (and I note you posted there as well).
I am aware it is not labelled IE7, which has always been a problem.
