Problem with program

I am trying to help a friend who picked up a used computer and the computer has some DOS programs on it and one program named Snow White is some type of older business program that was used for a business. The program prints out nice receipts but my friend wants to try and find a way to change the name that prints out on the receipt to his own and not business name that is currently on it. We cannot find anything in the menu items that have anything to do with the name of the business, and there does not appear to be a help menu that shows anything as well.
We are in hopes that someone out there might just be familiar with this program and they might be able to help out with the problem. Thank youfor any help that you can share with us.
