Am getting following error when try migrate NT4 users to 2k3 Domain with
Password.
Unable to establish a session with the password export server. Either the
currently logged on user does not have sufficient permissions to call the
Password Export Server or the account that the Password Export Server Service
is running under does not have sufficient permissions on the target domain
controller. Verify that the logged on user is a member of the Administrator
group in the source domain and that the Password Export Service account can
change password of user accounts in the target domain.
1. Account am using is Member of Source and Target Domain's Administrators
group.
2. This account is Service account of PES service in Source Domain.
4. AllowPasswordExport key is set to 1 in registry.
5. Same same setup work with other NT4 Domains without any issue.
6. This account can reset the password in the target domain.
7. No DNS issue is exists,
Please let me know if anyone has any solution..

1. Verify that the Password Service Account and User Account doing the
Migration
are in the correct groups.
For Example: Verify that the Logged on user is a member of the
Administrators
group in the source domain and that the Password Export Server Service
account can
change passwords of user accounts in the Target domain.
2. Verify that the Password Export Server Service account is in the 'Domain
Admins'
group in the Source Domain.
