Post subject: Outlook freezes Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>inetexplorer>ie6_outlookexpress (more info?)
I use a frequently updated program of Norton 2005 and my scans come back
clean. I only have one problem and it's my outlook express v. 6. It requests
a passowrd on opening (can i chage this?) and every OTHER time... or every
time it freezes. After terminating it, i re-open the program and it works.
What's going on?

Create a new Identity and turnoff email scanning.
If the new Identity works, then import the messages from the old Identity.
