Would like to have my message Received Time show using the 24 hour
(military) time. Been searching without success to set it up.

OE uses the Windows settings (Control Panel, Regional Settings). You
cannot selectively make just the received time display in any given
format. It will affect all times in OE as well as in numerous other
programs.

All times are: Eastern Time (US & Canada) (change)
