OE used for mailmerge

The data fields delimiter is a comma. What is the records delimiter? It seems
to be a Paragraph mark but that is not a choice in the Records Delimiter
dropdown. How do I fix this?

I am using MS Word 2002 in Works ver. 8.5. The problem seems to be in Header
Record delimiters.

I sure wish you would tell me what Program you are using. or send me a
screen shot of your whole screen so I can take a look at it.
