Post subject: Looking for NDISHLP.SYS file for Win95 Archived from groups: microsoft>public>win95>networking (more info?)
I am looking for NDISHLP.SYS file on Win95 to complete a 3COM NIC
driver installation. It asks to put the Win95 CD in but it still
cannot find it on the CD. If you have that file on your system, please
send me a copy to the address above.

You have to tell it what drive and folder the file is in. Then
it will extract it from the (win95_19.cab) appropriate .cab
file.
