Archived from groups: microsoft>public>win98>pnp (more info?)

I have Win 98 Second Edition upgrade. I have tried to
install a Microsoft Wireless Notebook Mouse. I am
prompted to place my 98 CD disk in the computer. The
Install Wizard spins it up and comes back with a message
that the driver cannot be found.

How can I download (or find) a driver for this device?

Hi Alan,

Looking for your Driver name or file &/or software GO
TO: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.driverguide.com/" target="_blank">http://www.driverguide.com/</a>

Still don't know the name or manufcturer of your
driver. On your driver, look for a sticker
with an FCC ID number. Then go to this site to determine
the manufacturer of your card.
