Post subject: Message Properties problem Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>inetexplorer>ie6_outlookexpress (more info?)
I am trying to help a friend look at some information in email. I asked him
to copy the message source and send it to me. He says that when he right
clicks on the message the only options it gives him is to copy or paste. He
says that properties is grayed out and won't allow him to click. Anyone have
any suggestions I can give to help him fix this?

Highlight the message header and then Ctrl+F3 will show the message source.
Right Click | Select All | Left Click | Copy, and then Paste into a new
message to send to you.

I forgot to say that he has OE 6 and is using XP Pro
