Post subject: Mass Storage
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsme>hardware (more info?)

My Win Me system is almost 5 years old. As a precaution I would like to
"mirror" at least my data or even the whole HDD, using an external storage
gizmo.
When the time comes and still alive, I'll go to an XP. I've no idea of
makes, sizes and would like to use it for Me and later for an XP, realizing
the difference of the two OS systems (FAT32 and NTFS), formating and
partitioning of which I have'nt the faintest idea.
However "realizing" and "implementing" them are as familiar to me as
much as black wholes in the Universe...so i'll pick your brain on these
subjects "when the time comes".
Regards, Paul
