Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

Hi, after many long hours of reading up on the net, repeatedly following the
same steps over and over; repeatedly downloading and reinstalling the Java
software, I still would get the error message that MY Java systen was not
enabled.

However, I went to Tools/Programs and then down to the bottom of the page
where it states: Manage add-ons. Believe it or not, there it stated that my
Sun Microsystems Java was Disabled!! So, I enabled it!!

I intend now to restart my computer and see if that helped!! Let's hope so.
Otherwise, I am going to give up for a bit. I was saddened to find language
which appeared to me to say that Microsoft is going to no longer support
Java. That sucks!

What is the connection with IEAK?
What version of IE do you have?

This group is for posts concerning IEAK.
