Is there a generic bluetooth w2k driver for a usb dongle? If so a link
to a download of it would be much appreciated. TIA

I know Widcomm (Broadcom) software utilizes a licensing scheme in it's
software. In other words the software checks the bluetooth adapter to
see if it's licensed!

Many people use http://www.bluesoleil.com/ and have success!

If Bluesoleil no longer supports W2K (or you can't find older versions
which do), you may need to change your dongle. Check this out:

you could try googling for blue soleil v 1.4 - probably not so brilliant
to latest but works and probably free
