General Printing Problem

Has anybody gone through this printing problem. Sometimes, my printer taks
list shows a lot of printing jobs. But sometimes the upper job gets a
glitch, doesn´t print and prevents all the other jobs from printing as well.

And the problematic print job almost every time can´t be deleted...

Does anybody know how can I stop this from happening? By the way, this is
not a Windows 98 printing problem. It happens to me (ocasionally) with all
Microsoft OS´s. But I couldn´t find any directory like:
microsoft.public.windows.printing

Which O/S(s) are you running? Is this problem on a network? If so, are you
using a print server?
