I have been unable to recover, because i have unfortunately lost my Win
95 disk. Is there a way to create a win 95 disk from the files on my
hard drive?

If you are trying to create a boot floppy, see
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

I have just done that myself. I found that the "[mirror]" copy was all
I needed.

And the builder of my computer had installed a set of CAB files in
C:\Winows\Options\Cabs.

Basically, that, along with an ERU backup was all I needed to get me
going again.
