IE Explorer script error In Picture It!2002

When I open MSFT Picture It! Photo 2002 I get a continuing series of Internet
Explorer Script error boxes. The first one reads as follows:

Error: 'Makearray' is undefined

I have removed and reinstalled the program with no success. The program will
load but none of the toolbar buttons show up and the program will not
function.
This program functioned with no problems within the last several weeks.
