I have been trying to print and I get this message:

Explorer

An error has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway click Ignore
and save your work in the new file. To quit this program click exit.

Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

You need to narrow the problem down. Does it occur when printing from any
program, or just some? Does it occur when printing to any printer, or just
one? What changed in your system at about the time this problem first
appeared? Does it still occur if you start the system in safe mode? Are you
getting any errors in any other activity? These are the sorts of questions
that enable the problem to be isolated to a particular part of your system.
