Error in Event viewer

I have the same error. The complete message:

Event ID: 1000

Description:
Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO. The file must be present at
location <>. (). Group Policy processing aborted.

Please give infos about your network, setup and servers, so that we can have
a deeper understanding of it. Also what you have done before or what happens,patches,
