Is there a registry setting I can set that will disable using a proxy and
grey out the box to set the proxy? I attempted to use GP under user\windows
settings\IE maint\connection settings which allows you to import your config,
but this seemed to have no effect on workstions at all or grey out the box.

thanks,
James

Hi,
At http://www.boyce.us/gp/gplistall.asp
look for "Disable changing proxy settings"

Also mentioned in that article...
GPEDIT.MSC> Computer Configuration> Administrative Templates> Windows
Components> Internet Explorer> Disable changing connection settings.

Hope this helps,
Don
